ELLICSR Kitchen Proposed Workshop - “Feel Good and Improve Eating Habits”
The Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship (CRS) Program at Princess Margaret provides compassionate and holistic impairment-driven cancer rehabilitation to patients during and after acute cancer treatment. The goal is to maximize quality of life, functional independence, health and wellness. The CRS multidisciplinary team includes program and patient coordinators, physiatrists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a dietitian, a wellness chef, a neuropsychologist, a social worker, a massage therapist, kinesiologists, and an extensive research team.
The ELLICSR Kitchen is one such CRS program that aims to improve health and wellness for people with cancer by teaching the skills and information needed to help manage diet and improve nutrition.
The Wellness Chef and Registered Dietitian are developing a new workshop for people experiencing cancer and their caregivers, called “Feel Good and Improve Eating Habits.” To ensure that we are meeting the needs of cancer survivors who might be interested in this workshop, we would like to get input into the workshop’s topics and format.
Please consider taking 5 minutes to complete the survey.
We thank you in advance for your time and input.
Sincerely,
The ELLICSR KitchenTeam
